The #NAFO trolls of the "Digital Forces of Ukraine," led by an employee of the Ukrainian government, have targeted my free speech rights on Twitter.
Ukrainian civil servants received funds from the $40B that H.R. 7691 allocated for Ukraine.
This is the US government's doing.
According to the groups’s website, the Digital Forces of Ukraine, their founder Ivan Volkov is a Senior Project Leader at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. This is clearly a coordinated campaign that is being carried out at the behest of the Ukrainian Government.
