Two of my favorite small caps right now are $PRCT and $XPOF Last week I published my $PRCT writeup and last night I published my $XPOF writeup. You can find both at substack.luptoncapital.com On Friday, $PRCT bounced off support back to January and $XPOF bounced off the IPO VWAP

I’m walking to the gym for workout #2 today… I have an iPhone in my hand, an Apple Watch on my wrist, AirPod Pros in my ears, an iPad in my backpack (which I use during cardio sessions) and yet I don’t own any $AAPL stock 😂

This is "make or break" for $SPX at the 200w EMA I just loaded up with $SPXL hoping we bounce but very tight stop loss in case we don't.

Some morning thoughts on $SPX in my Stocktwits room. Obviously I have no idea how much lower we are going or when we find a bottom. I think 3200 is best case for the bears and 3600 is best case for the bulls. Next few weeks should be interesting.

I also tripled my water consumption but part of that was because I was using the sauna for 2-3 hours a day and was doing a lot of sweating. I highly recommend Gatorade Zero, I think they’re delicious and it’s a good way to rehydrate after the sauna.

In terms of alcohol I’m not a big drinker but over the past 7 months I probably drank 2x per month and most of the time it was only a couple drinks. As I busted my ass off to lean down it’s funny how my desire to drink basically disappeared b/c it went against my fitness goals.

After I got under 210 lbs I started bringing some of my favorite foods back into my diet which has been fine as long as I respect the portion size. Now I feel like I can eat whatever I want as long as I don’t pig out.

I still have a sweet tooth so I keep a bag of starburst in my kitchen drawer so whenever I get a craving for something sweet I just have a Starburst and it does the trick. Those Black Forest organic gummy bears also do the trick.

For snacks during the day (which I try to limit), I’ll have nuts, dried fruit, nonfat Greek yogurt, protein bar or banana/apple with peanut butter. My goal is eating every 3 hours with no snacks in between although salads never fill me up so that’s when the snacks help.

In terms of my workouts I typically do cardio, abs & lower body in the mornings and cardio, abs, upper body in the afternoons. My cardio is usually 25-30 minutes of walking at 3mph followed by 10-15 minutes of different ab workouts and then I hit the weights for 60-75 minutes.

I’m sure I forgot lots of stuff but hopefully this is helpful for anyone who is thinking about dropping some weight. I’m not a personal trainer or nutritionist but my DMs are open if anyone has a question or needs some tips on workouts and/or diet stuff.
